Bodegas San Valero was born as a wine cooperative in 1945, gathering 60
grape growers from across the Carinena region. Today it comprises over
700 active members who own about 4,000 hectares of vineyards, and is one
of the leading cooperatives in Carinena.
Excellent with lamb shanks, charcuterie, slow cooked beef.
