By using the Eynsham Cellars website you agree to the terms and conditions of the site. We collect personal information to allow us to process your order. By registering your details on our website, you consent to us holding personal data about you. We are committed to the data protection act 1998 and the information you give will not be shared with any other company other than ourselves.
UK law insists that you must be 18 years or over to place an order with us. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. All deliveries must be signed for by an adult. We reserve the right not to accept any orders.
Products are subject to availability. If for some reason a product is out of stock we will inform you by email or telephone as to its time of availability or a suitable alternative.To ensure swift delivery, we never list items for sale on our website that we know to be out of stock. Please note that Eynsham Cellars accept no responsibility for products that may be out of stock.
All information (including credit card details) is sent and received using secure e-commerce software.
Delivery is anywhere in mainland UK. If your order is placed by 8pm on any business day it will be scheduled to be dispatched by the end of the next business day. If the Carrier is unable to deliver the driver will leave a card and try to deliver the next day. If next day delivery fails again, a card will be left requesting that you pick up your order from the carriers depot. If the parcel is not picked up within 24 hours the carrier will return to Eynsham Cellars and the customer will have to pay for a further delivery. If a parcel is returned to Eynsham Cellars, the cost of this return, following all reasonable attempts at delivery and contact, will be the liability of the customer. Once a parcel has been returned, Eynsham Cellars will refund the cost of the original order minus a charge of £15 charged for delivery.If the customer gives special instructions to Eynsham Cellars for the carrier to leave the parcel outside your house or with a neighbour it will be left at the customers own risk.
Breakages, Returns and Refunds
Breakages must be confirmed within 2 days of delivery. If you wish to return your order due to a fault of our own, please contact us and we will do what we can to fix the problem. Once the parcel has returned to us we will refund you the full amount. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.
By using this site you accept that the terms and conditions and use the site at your own risk. We have taken every effort to ensure that the information on our site is correct. However, should there be any inaccurate or out of date information Eynsham Cellars apologises for any inconvenience caused but takes no responsibility. We trust that your wine will reach you in perfect condition and service and quality is very important to Eynsham Cellars. Unfortunately, wine is an agricultural product and from time to time faults will occur, if you experience any problems with regard to the products purchased then please contact us.
Refusal of service
We reserve the right to refuse the sale at all times
If you wish to cancel your order the cost of the wines will be reimbursed within 30 days. If delivery has already been arranged by our courier then unfortunately this will have to be charged to the customer.
Extent of Liability
All goods sold on this site are carefully checked and tested. In no circumstances whatsoever shall the liability of any parties involved in the supply of products or services via this site exceed the invoice value of any goods supplied.
